Shipping & Delivery Policy
All The FaShaenista Files orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Please note The FaShaenista Files offers two order processing options: Standard, Express, Shipping and Delivery.
For Standard Shipping please allow 3-5 business days for processing and shipping.
For Pre orders please allow 10-14 business days for processing and shipping.
For Delivery please allow up to 2 days to receive your order.
During Holiday Season please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.
*Please note business days and hours for shipping are Monday-Friday from 10AM-2PM EST.
*All orders placed after 2PM EST will process and ship on the following business day.
*Please note delivery is not available for orders placed on Friday after 5PM EST.
*All orders placed after 5PM EST will be delivered the following Monday by 5PM EST.
*Please note delivery is only available for Wilson, NC and Raleigh, NC residents.
*If you do not receive your order within that time frame please contact us at: email@example.com with the subject header "My TFF Order Update".
*Please note The FaShaenista Files is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail once they have shipped from our facility. For lost packages please contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS. To track your order visit www.usps.com/tracking or call 1-800-ASK-USPS.
Return & Exchange Policy
The FaShaenista Files does not issue refunds, exchange, or store credit. All sales are final.
The FaShaenista Files is a company that operates with honesty and integrity in everything we do. We believe in providing our supporters with specific product details and descriptions from fabric make up to sizing accuracy to help aid and assist customers during their purchasing process.
Items that may have arrived to our facility damaged or incorrect will always be sold with a disclaimer in the product description to maintain integrity, awareness, and accountability.
If an item is advertised with a disclaimer it is at the sole discretion of the customer to purchase. In doing so items sold are considered final sale and may not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
There are only TWO circumstances in which a customer may be issued a refund, exchange, or store credit and that is only if a customer has received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to the fault of The FaShaenista Files, or unless a system glitch or outage occurs that affects the automated inventory count system where a customer orders something that is no longer in stock in which the system fails to update. Both instances are a rarity, however in such instances we are prepared to provide the best customer service possible in efforts to ensure a pleasurable experience with our company as the complete satisfaction of our customers is our main priority.
If the items you received are damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately. Do not keep damaged or incorrect merchandise for longer than 48 hours. Email customer service with the subject: Defective Item(s) along with a description and photo of the defective item(s). If this information is not received within 48 hours of receipt of your order this disqualifies you from any possible refund, exchange or store credit.
Please understand that The FaShaenista Files is not responsible for items damaged by mail carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as traumatic weather forces.
